Precision Extrusion Engineering Since 2007
San Extruder specializes in the development, engineering, and manufacturing of precision extrusion equipment for plastics and specialty polymers. With nearly 20 years of experience, we deliver complete extrusion lines for manufacturers in the medical device, aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, and personal care packaging industries.
We integrate mechanical and electrical controls into our extruders for applications that require production stability and a low rate of scrap. The main drive and control parts are obtained from well-known international companies such as Siemens, Yaskawa, and Zambello. Our extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment are exported to established industrial markets in Japan, Europe, and North America.

We develop and manufacture our precision extruders in line with internationally recognized industrial and medical manufacturing requirements. This approach extends from material selection and machine construction to control systems, safety, and production data management.
- The medical tubing extrusion lines are constructed to resist corrosion, using SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel for any parts that come into contact with the process materials or water. It can be used for production in Class 100,000 cleanrooms.
- Our extrusion line equipment can be configured to CE requirements and adapted to the voltage and frequency standards of different countries and regions. Three-level access control and fully enclosed safety interlocks protect critical machine settings and improve operator safety.
- For medical and semiconductor manufacturers, operating data can be recorded and retained to provide traceable production records for international quality system audits.

Precision Drive and Plasticizing System
Direct-coupled servo drives maintain stable torque at very low screw speeds. For PFA, FEP, PEEK, and other high-temperature or corrosive polymers, Hastelloy tooling and corrosion and wear-resistant barrels reduce material degradation.
-
-
Multi-Level Closed-Loop Control
RKC temperature controllers provide ±1 °C accuracy, with high-temperature pressure sensors and closed-loop melt pressure control for stable extrusion.
-
-
Inline Measurement and Dynamic Compensation
Integrated laser and ultrasonic systems monitor diameter and wall thickness in real time. The PLC automatically adjusts haul-off speed and vacuum pressure to maintain micron-level control of outer diameter, wall thickness, and concentricity, reducing waste of high-value materials.

We provide structured technical and commercial support for customers and partners worldwide.
- Technical Expertise and Process Support
An experienced technical team provides application guidance, training, and technical service based on each customer’s materials, products, and production requirements.
- Automated Production Control
Integrated electromechanical automation maintains consistent product quality and uninterrupted production, also provides better control over energy consumption and operating costs.
- Customization for Specialized Applications
We develop customized solutions from screw parameters and dedicated die flow channels to downstream automatic cutting and tube handling systems. This helps manufacturers address processing challenges with specialty materials and move toward stable, large-scale production.
