Key Capabilities
- CVC tubing can be produced from PEBAX, PA, modified PA, PP, PE, PE compounded with barium sulfate, and other medical-grade materials.
- Suitable for medical tubing with diameters from 0.3 to 8 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.5 mm. Available outer-diameter tolerances are ±0.01, ±0.02, and ±0.05 mm.
- The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while the die head is made from corrosion-resistant S136 mirror-finish mold steel.
- The line is designed, manufactured, and operated according to medical cleanroom requirements.
- A closed-loop measuring system checks the outer diameter continuously and sends real-time feedback to the controls, keeping the tubing dimensions consistent.
