- According to customer's request, the exterior of the extrusion line can be finished in stainless steel for use in a Class 100,000 cleanroom.
- Equipment design, manufacturing, and operation follow the requirements of certified medical cleanrooms.
- Extrusion temperature is controlled within ±1°C.
- The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while the die head is made from corrosion-resistant S136 mirror-finish mold steel.
