Key Capabilities
- PVC, light-blocking PVC, TPU, and similar materials can be processed into single- or double-layer drip chambers with flat openings.
- The extrusion temperature is controlled within ±1°C.
- The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, whereas the extrusion head and die use corrosion-resistant S136 mold steel and polished to a mirror finish.
- After temperature-controlled extrusion and thorough cooling, the haul-off feeds the drip chambers into the high-speed cutter at a precise speed so each cut surface is flat and free of burrs.
