Key Capabilities
- The extrusion line handles PVC, EVA, and similar materials for precision medical tubing that needs heating during surgery. Products include heating-wire urinary catheters, suction tubing, and breathing circuits.
- The spacing between each turn of the heating wire is controlled to a variation of ±0.10–0.15 mm.
- A 38CrMoAlA nitrided-steel screw and barrel are paired with an extrusion head and die made from corrosion-resistant S136 mold steel with a mirror finish.
- Extrusion temperature is controlled within ±1°C.
