- Materials such as PC, PMMA, PS, ABS, rigid PVC, PP, and PE pellets can be processed on the line.
- Round rigid tubing with an outer diameter of up to 120 mm can be produced, along with a variety of rigid plastic profiles.
- Multi-zone wide-range PID temperature control accommodates the different melting ranges of materials such as PVC and PC. A universal screw configuration and quick-change die head make it easier to switch between production requirements.
- The PLC stores two material recipes for one-touch changeover, while the modular sizing and cooling system accommodate the forming requirements of both materials.
- The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while the extrusion head and die use S136 corrosion-resistant mirror-finished tool steel.
- Independent multi-zone closed-loop temperature control maintains an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
