Key Capabilities
- PP, PE, and other pellet materials can be processed into pump dip tubes with outer diameters from 3–16 mm.
- With a 55 mm extruder the hourly output is 25 to 50 kg/h and with a 65 mm extruder it is 35 to 60 kg/h.
- A high-strength direct-coupled gearbox improves operating stability, while the high-plasticizing screw and optimized die structure maintain stable tube forming and consistent inner and outer diameter roundness.
- High-speed haul-off and cutting units are available as optional setups for higher production rates.
- An integrated static eliminator prevents static buildup on the tubing and reduces the attraction of airborne dust.
- The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while the extrusion head and die use S136 corrosion-resistant mirror-finished tool steel.
- Multi-zone independent closed-loop temperature control maintains an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
